Major updates to layout, function, and finishes—often including kitchens, baths, flooring, trim, built-ins, and more. Note: We do not take on standalone kitchens or bathrooms.

Add livable square footage through primary suite additions, garage expansions, bonus rooms, or second stories. We help with design, engineering, and permit coordination.
